I have spent many years perfecting my craft. My goal is to keep the old-world quality alive for you. Every single day, I make our dough fresh from scratch right here. I grate all of our cheeses and mix my own sauces using the finest imported tomatoes. This careful work happens in my kitchen to make sure every meal meets the highest standards. Our story began in Plainfield in 1989 and grew to Brownsburg in 1999. Since then, I have used only the freshest ingredients and the leanest meats for our menu items.
